Partial Denture Repair
Partial Denture Repair with Quality:
We have dentists who offer partial denture repair at affordable denture repair costs. This means you won't spend hundreds to get your partial denture fixed, unless the repair is complicated. Usually partial dentures break because either the plastic gum area is cracked or the metal clasp on the partial denture has broke.
Partial Denture Repair of Teeth:
If your partial denture repair involves loose or missing denture teeth, our dentists can repair your partial dentures. One area we must point out though is some older partial dentures are made with porcelain denture teeth. If your tooth is loose, you can identify a partial denture porcelain tooth by looking at it to see if there is any metal embedded into the tooth. Also to see if therer is any metal extruding from where the tooth was originally placed. If this is the case, the tooth cannot be mounted back on because porcelain denture teeth are held in place with two small metal pins that extrude from the pink gums, and the porcelain denture tooth slides down on these metal pins and is secured by the denture acrylic.
If this is the case, the dentist will replace the denture tooth with a acrylic tooth that will look and function the same as your regular teeth. This partial denture repair won't be noticeable because the dentist makes sure the tooth that is replaced blends with the remaining teeth.
Loose or Missing Denture Teeth :
This kind of partial denture repair is usually not complex. The dentist will put back your loose tooth or replace it with a new one, depending on the circumstances so that the tooth will blend with the remaining partial denture repair.
If you have a metal clasp problem:
Please call us about metal issues with your partial denture as the cost to repair different areas of a partial denture repair is different.
