All Dentures will first be inspected by a Dentist

In the event the dentist finds additional problems or items you did not check on your denture repair order form, the repair will be on hold until your are contacted. Please make sure you have put all your contact information on the order form if we have to contact you.

Dentures that are broken and missing pieces are fixed case by case.

Sometimes when a denture breaks, large pieces also may break off in addition to the main breaking point. You can test this by fitting the pieces back together. If there is a area where it looks like some plastic used be there, this kind of repair is a case-by-case repair.

We do not have franchise locations distributed across the USA.

To keep your denture repair costs low, we are located in one place. Dentists repair dentures that are sent through the mail to the address indicated on the order form. Once we expand, denture repair prices will increase.

Please use our "Find a Denture Dentist" request form to find a dentist closer to your location. This service is free, and if we have dentists which match your search, we will e-mail you their contact information.

In the event your denture that cannot be repaired.

We will ship your denture back to you using First Class USPS Mail.
The first class USPS mail does not include shipping insurance, tracking, or signature release. You will be contacted to notify you that your denture cannot be repaired. You do have the option to use our 2-Business Day or Overnight Shipping options as indicated on the order form. Payment for our other shipping options must be recieved before we ship your broken denture back to you.

Broken Porcelain Teeth will be replaced with Acrylic Teeth.

A chipped, cracked, or loose porcelain tooth will be replaced with a closely matching acrylic denture tooth.
Please read our section about porcelain teeth as it will give you a better understanding of your repair. The dentist will closely match the same size, height, shape, and color of an acrylic tooth for replacement. A loose front porcelain denture tooth cannot be put back because the pins that hold the tooth are broken.

Emergency Dentures are made for Emergency Uses

Adjustments will not be needed because it is a copy of the same structure of your original denture.
Emergency denture looks like any other denture and is a cost effective solution to have a spare on hand for eating or speaking if should something happen to your original denture.

Broken metal on partials cannot be repaired through the mail.

Metal clasps can be repaired provided a impression is sent with partial.
The dentists can however replace the metal hooks on the partial denture provided you send your partial denture in impression material that is taken by a dentist locally. Do not pull apart the impression material from the partial denture, as the impression material is used to make a dental model of your mouth in order to put a clasp on exactly where it needs to be. Other areas that are broken metal can only be fixed correctly by a local dentist.
Partial dentures are precision dental appliances. The repair of metal is too tricky to get it right the first time. A local dentist is needed to make sure the repair is done properly.

All Dentures will be shipped using our extra packaging

We will use our crush resistant boxes along with extra padding to ship your dentures back to you safely.
All denture repair shipping and handling costs include $100 shipping carrier insurance, tracking, and signature release. In addition, all denture repairs are shipped in unadvertised packaging.

If you are in need of a permanent denture replacement, please seek assistance with a dentist.
The emergency denture is a copy of the same structure as your current denture. It is made for use as an emergency denture, and not suggested to be worn for long periods of time. Emergency dentures are strong, made with new denture acrylic. They are made as a one piece unit. New Teeth that are not worn cannot be used to replace the worn teeth. This will result in a emergency denture that will not fit in your mouth properly. Please seek assistance with a dentist for a new denture.
